I am available for online private sessions if you are interested.

 

These tailored sessions can include gentle yoga, dynamic movement, restorative yoga, intermediate or advanced pose tutorials, pranayama and breathwork or meditation.

 

Those of you who have attended my classes in person know that most of my classes include these practices but since these would be private sessions, we can tailor the content to your needs.

I will typically precede these sessions with a phone or video call to get a better understanding of your needs
